I just finished a meditation technique program with Carol Maher. I found her through her site: http://www.meditationcourses.com.au
After a free consultation (over the phone), Carol recommended meditation technique course that wasn’t too far-out or spiritual, just easy to follow. I’m usually fairly sceptical of that kind of stuff, but in the past week even I’ve felt a lot calmer, more focused and just generally happier.

Nothing fancy, but the food and service was good, and our meals arrived quickly. Granted, it wasn’t exactly busy when we went in there.
Apparently Tuesdays they do a buffet, but not sure what that’s like.

How good is that!

We were sad to see him move to Lismore (NSW) but we wish him every success with his new endeavours.
