Great cafe, serving Coffee Supreme – (VERY WELL). Locals love it. Open EARLY 6.30 wekdays – 7 & 8 Sat & Sun. Watch out on weekends. Always busy but they turnover pretty quick. Nice sunny spot to wait. Free WI-FI a bonus.Check out the ‘One pot Wonders’ or the ‘World Famous’ Chicken Sanga. Pretty tasty.

I’m gonna second that inkr7 is a great place for some chillin. Don’t forget that they also have fire place or winter & a beer garden for summer. Had a birthday function with then lady October & couldn’t be happier. we finished at 8pm but the staff were there since the (saturday) morning. Thanks!!

You’ll find 2-3 different types, but the mark up is very high. Go check them out but best buying off the net if you want to save yourself $100-200.

Say hi to Haley, Mario, Vinny and the team, as they dole out copious cups of caffeinated love to an adoring clientele.
Breakfast or lunch will never let you down either, truly have hit upon a winning cafe formula, and they love every minute of it!

They used to do great “premium” style fish & chips with top quality fish and beautiful light batter.
Now it just seems to be like any ordinary suburban fish & greasy’s. I think they may have changed hands.
Nothing worse than a potato cake with stodgy batter only half-cooked through.

They are friendly, fast and good quality too. I got my business cards on the same day using their same day service. That’s amazing

The expectation was always going to be high, given that Gilbert Lau was arguably Australia’s best restaurateur and The Flowerdrum one of the very best chinese restaurants anywhere to be found. Now the Flowedrum is sold, this cosy and very professionally run take on “a family kitchen” is packed at least a week (if not 2) ahead. The food is very good (but not "wow"), the place should be BYO and there are 2 strict sittings for dinner – 6pm and 8pm, so tough titties if you want to have a long conversation. There are a lot of other places that can easily hold a candle to Lau’s Family Kitchen now (Purple Sands and The Teahouse) in Camberwell are both run by ex Flowerdrum people and are just as good.

The lunch menu mostly consists on ‘nibbles’ and small pizzas.

They;ve totally changed their menu, and have gone from an interesting cafe with a solid menu, to only serving greasy pizza. What a shame!

Good vibe here – just wish the lunch menu wasn’t all pizza. I don’t remember it always being a pizzeria at lunch?

On the expensive side but a great range of treatments.
