matt kennedy said Toby's Estate is great for coffee

A tiny wee place, Toby’s Estate in Potts Point has become my (current) favourite place for a PROPER Australian coffee (after 6 years in Edinburgh and 2 in Dublin before that).

$3 seems to be the standard around here, (it was $1.50 when I left!) and at current exchange rates, that just a LITTLE bit cheaper that the shite coffee they make in the British Isles (with a few, fantastic exceptions of course, like Bar Italia in Soho or Broughton Deli in Edinburgh!)

    Toby’s at Pott’s Point
    cnr Manning & Macleay Streets,
    Potts Point NSW.
