This centre is purely for personal training and you go there to work out with a trainer one on one or attend a group action class. Its friendly and cheerful despite the hard work, and they WILL work you hard. Results are plain to see, as evident by their yearly biggest loser challenge, with big prize money up for grabs. They charge per visit not as a member so there are no wasted money or joining fees.

Amano Gelato is in the Belmont forum and has the best gelati outside of Italy. Their stuff is made fresh in store and you can taste the quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

My local lunchbar, Dolphin has friendly staff and prompt service, they have a range of freshly cooked items, like roasts, fried rice, beef casseroles, vegie stir fry and the like, as well as the standard bain marie hot stuff served by most industrial area lunch bars (you know fatty sausage, chicken snitzel, pies etc) so there is a broad range of items to suit every lunch eater in the area. Their chips are awesome.

Open Tue-Fri, website at www.daycarefordogs.com.au , fully superivised, cage free day-care for dogs. Billy’s only accepts suitable dogs and will not take dogs they feel are not benefitting from their service. Also offer puppy school, training classes.
