I’ve had vegetarian mee goreng here a couple of times and it’s okay, nothing special. A little too much ginger and spice for me, and the tofu isn’t the best I’ve had.
Always very busy at lunch time, though they are pretty quick.

Handrolls aren’t so great, they’re loose and tasteless. Much better places close by.

Not a pleasant experience going to this chemist. They’re always either rude or totally indifferent that you are there. And usually you feel like crap going to such a place anyway. Is it hard to be slightly pleasant to the people keeping you in business? Thumbs down for this place.

Coffee isn’t bad, the service and presentation is pretty lacking, even if I do look like a sweaty dirty walker. My tip is to avoid service from the girls, they clearly have better things to do.
I would say this place is Fair, but I have to go for the Good rating because the outdoors atmosphere by the Yarra is really lovely, with ducks, swans and other waterbirds hanging about on the sunny banks while you sip your latte. It’s pretty pleasant for a mid-walk stopover.

Nothing special, yet another disappointment in the quest to find a delicious non-meat pizza with taste.
UPDATE
I’ve changed my opinion, their veggie pizza seems to be better now.

They do a great veggie kofta, and the atmosphere is nice and mellow.

Great coffee, prompt and friendly service. Nice atmosphere, good for laid-back and formal alike.
I’d watch out for the stairs on the second level though – we saw 3 people trip over at the top in the space of about 10 minutes. So I’d try staying at ground level if you’re step-challenged.

Fresh, tasty salad rolls which they stuff with fillings of all kinds, including ‘gourmet’ if you so choose. They use fresh, crusty (but not too crusty) rolls which I think are made in-house and are very good. Quite friendly staff too.
I would say great if they gave the option of organic fillings, tomato especially.
