The best places for customer service?

"Poor. This is an Italian style grocery store, general store and cafe. It looks really great and has a nice finish. It’s kind of rare in a place like Adelaide. They have some really awesome italian foods like olive oils, bibite (Soft drink) wine bread and other condiments you just can’t buy in Coles and Woolworths. However, the service in their cafe is close to the worst I’ve experienced. Thy are ‘rude’ at best and condescending at worst. I wont go there again becausee of this." - Steve Sammartino

"Awful. I just had a dreadful experience at Pulse pharmacy in Northcote. I was accused of lying, treated with suspicion and contempt.. all as I was trying to return a completely unused pair of sunglasses with tags still on and reciept intact that I bought from them under 30 days ago.

I was dragged into store policy discussions with staff and told they were unable to do anything because it was the law! They confused store policy that obviously allows them no discretion with LAW and had the stupidity to try and throw that at me. I then witnessed a staff member complain loudly about me in front of others. I can not believe the lack of understanding about customer service and for a $30 pair of sunglasses they just lost a heap of business." - sarah gilligan

"Awful. Brave you need a wake up call your kitchen and food hygiene are sub standard .Customer service dealing with complaints non existent .
Should of learnt my lesson when my meal was garnished with black hair. Returned 8 months later to have raw chicken served in a burger. Not a pleasant sight to bite into raw chicken. Complained to the wait staff and requested the food to be placed into a takeaway container, just in case the worst happened and I could provide evidence to the health authority. Only to find the chef has heated the evidence up in the microwave.
Check out the kitchen next time you walk passed to the toilets. The toilets look like they have never been cleaned. Seen more hygienic toilets in south East Asian backpacking on twenty dollars a day.Whats with the cold water to wash your hands.
The kitchen looks like an episode from Gordon Ramsays Kitchen Night mares.

"Awful. you will be showered with attention if you are buying a new bike but flicked off if you only want a spare inner tube or some advice. And worse than ignored if you want to exchange something!!! The manager is as bad as the staff ……this is @ the brunswick st store." - n m
