It's only a couple of minutes walk over to the beach and also the Barwon River so fishing and surfing are right there at your doorstep. There is a bike track right out the front door. It's a very nice place to pack up for a girls weekend, but it has heaps for the kids, so it's a good family friendly home too. Their website is at www.kingtidetownhouse.com.au and it's good because it gives heaps of info on the area and photos/descriptions too.
