I recently booked a holiday to Noosa and was really just calling the agent to see if they were open and to get them started on looking for airfares and accommodation, to save me having to wait in the shop (as I have a small baby). But the service over the phone was so good that I ended up doing the whole thing from my lounge room!The sales agent I spoke to, Jedda, was fantastic – she called me back exactly when she said she would, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them if you like dealing with someone who keeps their promises!
