Last Saturday I found at the food court of the WestEnd Markets incredible churros, with the same flavour and texture you find in Spain or America. These people are called Don Churros and their churros are made in front of you, fresh like a donut inside and crispy outside! They have a nice mobile cart that they use to sell churros in other Brisbane markets! These are the best I have ever had in Brisbane.
