The commercial Hotel in Alexandra, just over an hour from Melbourne is the best place in the country for a Chicken Parma. They are also the only pub in the country that have 20 different types of parma’s on their menu. They use only chemical free chicken and all toppings are made on site. They have cheap pub accomoodation and the parma’s really are the best we’ve tried anywhere. They have a website with a list of their parmas: www.commhotel.com.au
